Our firm utilizes AI services provided by leading technology providers that adhere to the following policies, with due regard to the application of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant data protection laws of Japan:
・The AI services utilized are covered by a Data Processing Addendum (DPA）
・Files, chat logs, and model outputs uploaded or generated by users are not reviewed by human reviewers, nor are they used to improve (train) generative AI models.

AI 利用について
当事務所は個人情報保護法等の適用に留意し、AI利用に関して以下の方針を堅持する大手テクノロジープロバイダーによって提供されるAIを利用しています：
・利用するAIはDPA（Data Processing Addendum：データ処理追加条項）の保護下にあること。
・ユーザーがアップロードしたファイル、チャット、モデルの出力は、人間のレビュー担当者によって確認されることはなく、生成AIモデルの改善（学習）にも使用されないこと。
